We identify you by your caller ID when you call us. If you call from a phone other than the one you used to register at Beema.com then we don’t know who you are, which character you chose or your email address. When this happens we make the Beema with a generic character and send it back to the phone that placed the call. If that phone was a land line you won’t get the text message either.
