Whenever you call Beema's 800.700.0508 number (In India the Number is 1.800.425.3633) to make a new animation (we call them Beemas) it will be sent back to you in two ways (assuming you called us from the Mobile Number you used when you registered): 1 - Via a link in an SMS or text message to the Mobile Number that you used when you signed up; and, 2 - As an attachment in an email that is sent to the email address you used when you signed up. For more details on this click here.
Once you receive the text message from us you can click the link in the message which will bring you to a web address where the file will download.
Requirements For This Process To Work
1 - You must have a phone that has a web browser and the ability to access the internet
2 - You must have a data plan with your mobile provider which allows you to access the internet
3 - You must have a phone that can play video (for example Blackberries while possessing requirements 1 and 2 do not play video and therefore won't be able to display your Beema. However, you can still see your Beema on your computer.)
Known Challenges
1 - The Verizon Network. Currently the Verizon network has closed itself off to downloads that don't originate on their system. Hopefully that will change but until then only certain smartphones are able to successfully download Beemas.
2 - Active Links: Not all phones allow for an active link in a text message where you can simply highlight the link and click on it. In cases like this there is usually an menu button that allows you to either "Go To" and address or a "Copy Text" option that allows you to copy text onto a clipboard, then navigate to your web browser and paste the address into the URL Address Bar.
For more detailed information consult your phone's user manual. If you don't have your mobile phone manual you might be able to find it at, Retrevo.com which has many of today's popular mobile phone manuals in their online database. http://www.retrevo.com/samples/Cell-Phone-manuals.html
